Pick 'N' Blast! Development Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pick 'N' Blast! mobile game (the “Game”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information when you use the Game, its online features, advertising services, and Google Play purchase features.

Information We Collect

Online profile and sign-in information

When you use online features, we create or use a Supabase-backed game profile. We process a unique account or player identifier, your chosen username or nickname, and authentication session information needed to keep you signed in.

You may use certain online features with a guest or anonymous profile. If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive authentication information made available for sign-in, including a Google authentication token, account identifier, the email address associated with your Google account, and display name.

We send the authentication information required for sign-in to Supabase to authenticate you, secure your session, and access your game profile. We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, photos, or other Google Account content.

Online gameplay and user-generated content

If you use online features, we may process question-pack titles, questions, answers, explanations, answer options, reports about online content, and leaderboard information.

Leaderboard and gameplay information may include your username, score, level reached, deaths, revives, coins, and submission time. We may also process moderation and anti-abuse records connected with online content.

Published question packs, usernames, and leaderboard entries may be visible to other players. Do not include personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information in content that you publish.

Purchases and Remove Ads

The Game offers an optional one-time Google Play product named Remove Ads, with the product ID remove_ads. This purchase permanently removes applicable advertisements from the Game while the purchase entitlement remains valid.

Google Play processes the payment. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account details, or other complete payment credentials.

To validate, grant, restore, and maintain the Remove Ads entitlement, the Game and our Supabase backend may process:

This information is used to verify purchase ownership, restore the purchased feature, detect refunded or revoked purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide customer support.

Google Play may retain transaction information independently under Google's privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.

Advertising and device information

When advertisements are enabled, the Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by AdMob.

AdMob may automatically collect and share:

Google may use this information for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Advertising data collection may vary depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and whether advertisements have been removed.

Information stored on your device

The Game may store gameplay progress, settings, selected language, advertising preferences, purchase-entitlement state, and authentication session information locally on your device so that the Game and its features can function.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

How Information Is Shared

We share information only when necessary to operate, secure, and support the Game.

Purchase information is exchanged with Google Play and Supabase only as needed to validate and maintain the Remove Ads entitlement, restore purchases, and identify refunds or revocations.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Game, our rights, or the security of our services.

Third-party privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Supabase Privacy Policy.

Advertising Choices and Consent

Where required by applicable law, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request consent before using personal data or device storage for applicable advertising purposes.

Where available, you can review or change your advertising privacy choices through the Game's Settings menu under Ad Privacy Options. You can also manage advertising preferences through your Android device settings.

Refusing consent may result in non-personalized or limited advertisements where supported. It does not necessarily prevent all advertisements from being displayed.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, provide online features, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Active profile information is generally retained while the profile remains active. Published question packs and leaderboard information may remain available until they are removed through account deletion, moderation, or another applicable deletion process.

Reports, moderation records, and anti-abuse records may be retained when necessary to enforce rules, protect users, prevent repeated abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Purchase and entitlement records may be retained for as long as needed to provide the purchased feature, verify ownership, process refunds or revocations, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Google Play may retain its own transaction records independently under Google's policies.

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize account-linked personal data within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before removal or overwriting.

Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete the online account currently signed in on your device through: Settings → Delete Account.

If you have uninstalled the Game or can no longer access your account, you can submit a deletion request through our public account-deletion page.

Deleting an account removes or anonymizes the online profile, question packs, leaderboard entries, reports, authentication information, and other associated account data, subject to the retention exceptions described in this Privacy Policy.

Security and International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. Communications with our backend, advertising providers, and purchase-verification services use encrypted connections where supported.

No internet service or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to personal information.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us at oswald.host@gmail.com.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at oswald.host@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the effective date.
